ORDER PROCESSING

On average, it will take us 2-5 business days to process and ship your order to the carrier's sorting facility. However, some items may take longer, particularly during major holidays (up to 10 days), or if your order includes items that may currently be out of stock.

SHIPPING & DELIVERIES

We can only ship orders during business days, and do not ship on weekends or holidays. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email.

Please be advised that for orders with multiple items, products may be shipped separately and received on different dates due to the location of our manufacturing partners.

Shipping time will vary by country or region. Specific delivery dates are not provided and cannot be guaranteed. Below is our estimates for deliveries as reference:

RETURNS & REFUNDS

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at support@elemhaus.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
